Norse Group is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Business Administrator to join our SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Role Overview

In the capacity of Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental team, ensuring that operational processes are executed efficiently across various services. Your administrative expertise will be essential in upholding the group strategy, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promoting ISO Management Systems. This will involve assisting with audits, inspections, and the tracking and reporting of pertinent action points.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Administrator who can provide consistent and effective support to the broader team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Proficient administration skills, with a strong command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience in managing databases.
  • Ability to organize meetings, including drafting agendas and producing minutes.
  • Support for the Health, Safety, and Environmental team.
  • Competence in collating, managing, and reporting technical information and data.
  • Confidence in engaging with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Skill in producing precise and clear documentation to meet specifications.
