We are currently recruiting for a great company, Reed, who are looking to onboard an Administration and Support Services Coordinator to join their team. The role will offer full training so we are seeking someone with excellent Administration skills, a high level of attention to detail and confident Excel skills. If you are numerically minded and great with figures, this would be a perfect role for you.

The role is very much process driven and requires someone who has a high level of attention to detail and is confident using Excel. The role will involve transferring data on Excel spreadsheets and may involve also some client contact amongst other duties.

In this role you will have the opportunity to learn lots about the industry sector and develop new skills. The company offers a very competitive salary and a great professional but fun team to work with. If you are keen to learn, have good administration experience and can use Excel to an intermediate level, we want to hear from you. You could be well rewarded and most definitely well supported within this role.

Key Skills:

  • Team Player – confident in picking up processes part way through and handing off work to others, working under a maker/checker environment on both sides, including passing back work for correction or review and demonstrating an awareness of impact assessment.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) – 75% of the day will be spent using large complex Excel spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines and to deal with competing priorities.
  • Calm, level-headed, good sense of humour, Integrity.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Can work to your own initiative.
  • Able to be flexible with working hours when required.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
