Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Consultant to join our team at eGrove Systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and customizing DocuSign forms and workflows, particularly utilizing JavaScript for form behavior adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects associated with computerized document creation workflows, interfaces, and storage.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis and technical tasks, including project planning and process enhancement.
  • Write detailed requirements and perform system design and data analysis.
  • Oversee a document management team and guide the development of DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows.
  • Facilitate the evaluation of current business systems and recommend process improvements.
  • Engage in requirement elicitation through various techniques such as brainstorming and interviews.
  • Produce essential requirements artifacts, including Field Definition Matrices and Business Rules.
  • Conduct gap analysis on existing requirements in relation to current business needs.
  • Support organizational change management efforts and facilitate risk analysis.
  • Lead user acceptance testing efforts with business stakeholders.
  • Define roles and access rights for applications and represent the organization's interests with vendors.
  • Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a proven track record in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, along with strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience in implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment interpretation.
  • Ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases and use cases.
  • Experience in managing security access and user profile management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
