Job Overview:
MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Consultant to spearhead initiatives related to digital document workflows and management systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and customizing electronic signature solutions, particularly with DocuSign, and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive assessments and evaluations of existing business systems.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and assess user requirements and system specifications.
- Utilize various elicitation techniques, including brainstorming, data mining, and user interviews, to gather requirements.
- Produce essential documentation such as Field Definition Matrices, Business Rules, and Interface Requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to align existing requirements with current business objectives.
- Drive collaborative efforts to facilitate organizational change management.
- Oversee risk analysis and contribute to the creation and review of project test plans.
- Manage user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
- Define roles and access rights necessary for applications.
- Represent the company's interests with vendors and collaborate to fulfill project requirements.
- Create training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript customization.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Proficient in Organizational Change Management and implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment and requirements documentation.
- Ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases, traceability matrices, and use cases.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and experience in creating business and system requirements documentation.
