We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Foxley Lane, Purley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support for adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our clients with daily activities, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Working closely with our clients to establish routine and ensure their safety and stability.
  • Providing personal care and administering medication (if required).

What You'll Need:

  • A successful Enhanced DBS check.
  • A flexible and professional approach to multi-site working.
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
