We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the nursing team with assessments, planning, and delivery of care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual outcomes
  • Undertake clinical tasks as delegated by senior nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
