Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Russell Hill. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct care and support to our residents, working closely with our nursing team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
  • Assist the nursing team with the assessment of individual needs, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve planned outcomes and support residents in achieving their goals.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records of care provided, based on individual care plans.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues, and relevant professionals.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in providing person-centred care and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • A NVQ in Health and Social Care from Level 3 onwards is desirable.
