We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Foxley Lane, Purley.

As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing guidance and support to individuals with epilepsy, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with daily activities
  • Implementing care plans to establish routine
  • Ensuring clients feel safe and stable in their daily care
  • Personal care and administering medication (if required)

What we're looking for:

  • Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • A flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
