Role: Waking Night Support Worker

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You'll provide exceptional care, helping them to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, and empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, considering their individual communication needs.
  • Work across various shift patterns, including late, weekend, and night shifts.

About the Service

This supported living service is a perfect home for those looking to live independently, but with specialist help to support 24/7. Our apartment-based supported living model gives individuals the freedom, independence, and responsibility of their own high-spec apartment, along with shared access to outdoor spaces and communal areas.
