Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for dedicated support and reablement care personnel in the Dover area to assist an adult male client within the community who has an acquired spinal injury.

The client values his independence and is seeking support to maintain a fulfilling lifestyle. You will be required to provide assistance with personal care as necessary (including catheter care) and help with mobility, as he utilizes a wheelchair.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a care role. A valid driver's license is essential to facilitate community access, attend appointments, and support outings as needed. The ideal Support Worker will have experience in a care/support capacity and should be physically active, willing to assist the client’s rehabilitation alongside his multidisciplinary team.
