Qualifications Required
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a care-related role. A valid driver's license is essential for facilitating community access, attending medical appointments, and supporting outings as needed. The ideal support worker will have a background in care or support services and should be physically active, demonstrating a commitment to assisting with the client's rehabilitation alongside his multidisciplinary team.
