About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Time and Recovery Worker to join our team at Coleman House in Dover. As a key member of our South Kent Coastal Mental Health Together+ Team, you will play a vital role in promoting recovery for individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with service users to promote engagement and independence, facilitating access to resources and services.
  • Establish therapeutic relationships to address recovery goals and support service users in achieving their full potential.
  • Work closely with occupational therapists and nursing staff to deliver effective depot/clozapine clinics and well-being checks.
  • Participate in groups with psychology and occupational therapy teams, and have opportunities to run groups with occupational therapists.
  • Contribute to the clinic staff supporting nurses with physical health monitoring for patients receiving depot injections or clozapine blood monitoring.
  • Participate in Mandatory Training and Admin support.
