About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting an adult male with an acquired spinal injury to live a fully functioning life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care as needed, including catheter care
  • Support the client to mobilise using a wheelchair
  • Accompany the client to appointments and outings as advised
  • Work collaboratively with the client's multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation
Requirements
  • 6+ months experience in care or support role
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Physical ability to support clients with mobility needs
  • Experience working with clients with spinal injuries or similar conditions
