We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting an adult male with an acquired spinal injury to live a fully functioning life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care as needed, including catheter care
- Support the client to mobilise using a wheelchair
- Accompany the client to appointments and outings as advised
- Work collaboratively with the client's multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation
- 6+ months experience in care or support role
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Physical ability to support clients with mobility needs
- Experience working with clients with spinal injuries or similar conditions
