People Services Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global shared service centre as a People Services Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and building our People Services function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient, colleague-focused service, driving simplicity, new ways of working, and standardisation.
Key Responsibilities- Background Checks and Compliance: Conduct thorough background checks and RTW checks prior to candidates starting, ensuring alignment with regional legal requirements.
- Global Mobility Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and global mobility teams to support candidates on work visas, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Offer Processing and Onboarding: Process all offers for new hires in our ATS, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.
- Internal Offer Management: Manage all internal offers, providing exceptional support to colleagues throughout the recruitment process.
- Referral Payments: Process referral payments in the system, ensuring accurate and timely inclusion in colleagues' salaries.
- Proven Experience: Possess proven experience in a Talent Acquisition team, ideally in a global shared service centre.
