About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Regional Hedging Unit in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on hedge accounting activities, controls, and practices across various EMEA sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for hedge accounting activities, controls, and practices for EMEA sites.
  • Provide SME guidance on relevant topics across the region to various stakeholders.
  • Partner with Global Treasury Business to facilitate a sustainable and efficient risk management framework.
  • Support the Regional Head of EMEA Hedging Unit in delivering a globally consistent, compliant, and future-proof hedging framework.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
  • Prior experience in a hedge accounting role, with practical experience of applying IAS 39 and/or IFRS 9.
  • Prior Product Control and/or Treasury experience across multiple asset classes.
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets, risks, and changing regulatory environment.
