Key Responsibilities

  1. Family Support and Intervention

You will work closely with families to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans to address these needs.

Child Centred Approach

You will work with children and their families to ensure that their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Collaboration and Partnership

You will work closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure that families receive a seamless and coordinated service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with children and families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of child development and family dynamics
