We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatrician to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Community Paediatrician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver secondary care consultant-led services to children and families in our community
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines
- Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide education and training to junior staff and students
- Full GMC registration
- On Specialist Register for Paediatrics or working towards CCT or CESR
- Broad training and experience in Paediatrics/Community Child Health
- Experience in ADHD and Autism assessment and management
- Experience in safeguarding medicals
