Job Title: Store Manager

GO Outdoors Express is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including leading a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth.
