About the Role

We are seeking ambitious graduates who are eager to become the Finance leaders of tomorrow. Our Finance Future Leaders Programme is tailored for individuals who are passionate about learning and development, and who are looking to make a difference in the finance industry.

As a member of our Finance Future Leaders Programme, you will have the opportunity to work within our finance functions, holding a minimum of 3 roles, gaining practical experience in all aspects of Finance Operations. You will apply this newfound knowledge to fast-track your preparation for a future leadership role, whether in Finance or the broader business.

Over time, you will gain a wide range of experience and skills—both technical and leadership-focused—while receiving support to pursue a professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA. This combination of practical experience and professional certification will help you build a strong foundation for success.

About You

We are excited to hear from graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:

  • Hold a degree in Finance and or Business/Mathematics graduating before September 2025.
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
  • Entrants are expected to be mobile within UK and open to completing part of their placement away from home.
