Finance Graduate Programme

Molson Coors is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Finance Future Leaders Programme. This two-year programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders, providing a comprehensive learning experience and hands-on training in all aspects of finance operations.
As a finance graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in various finance functions, holding a minimum of three roles, and gain practical experience in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You will also have the chance to pursue a professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA, and develop a wide range of skills, both technical and leadership-focused.
About YouWe are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:
- Hold a degree in Finance and/or Business/Mathematics graduating before September 2025.
- Have no more than two years of professional experience.
- Be mobile within the UK and open to completing part of your placement away from home.
