About the Role

Molson Coors is seeking a talented graduate to join our Supply Chain Future Leaders Programme. This 2-year programme will provide you with the opportunity to work in a maximum of 3 roles, gaining experience in demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and procurement.

You will develop a deep understanding of the entire supply chain, with a focus on excellence and efficiency, using this knowledge to fast-track your readiness for a future leadership role within one of our supply chain teams.

About You

We are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:

  • Hold a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics graduating before September 2025.
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrate a passion for Supply Chain and a willingness to embrace mobility within the UK.
