About the Role:
We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new Extra Care Scheme featuring 50 self-contained apartments designed for comfort and accessibility. This facility will include communal spaces such as a café and gardens, fostering social engagement among residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote independence and social inclusion among residents
- Build relationships with residents to enhance community involvement
- Provide comprehensive care, including:
- Personal care
- Mobility assistance
- Medication and meal support
- Dementia care
- Emergency first aid
Shift Patterns:
- Morning: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM
