- Provide the resources and support needed to achieve targets.
- Absence management, recruitment, induction, and employee relations.
- Cyber security awareness and ensuring all training is up to date.
- Proven experience in sales or office management, including people management, coaching, and development of staff.
- Experience within a manufacturing or distribution sector is essential.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills are important for the role.
- A history of account management as well as face-to-face sales is also required.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of B2B sales is desirable.
