Job Summary

GSL Education is seeking a visionary and strategic thinker to lead our school forward through its next phase of development. As a dynamic school leader, you will be responsible for raising educational standards and successfully leading change and motivating a community of students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy to drive student achievement and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the Trust to drive educational excellence and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of raising educational standards and leading change in a school setting.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of education policy and practice, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a school setting.
