About the Role:

The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of our client, a leading regenerative farming and food brand. Working closely with the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to building staff and external visitors
  • Assisting with team movements and milestones, such as organizing staff events and celebrations
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative culture within the organization
  • Managing office cleanliness and coordinating with the cleaning service
  • Assisting with HR administration, including managing recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding of staff
  • Managing office purchases and maintaining accounting records
  • Ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked and overseeing kitchen maintenance
  • Helping establish and maintain office procedures
  • Booking staff travel, accommodation, and meeting rooms
  • Assisting the senior management team as needed
  • Taking responsibility for IT equipment and liaising with the IT support team
  • Ensuring proper organization and filing of documents

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite
  • Familiarity with working in an office environment and/or office management procedures
