We are seeking a qualified Senior Speech and Language Therapist. In this role, you will manage a clinical caseload and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to enhance outcomes for children and young people through your expertise in speech and language therapy. Your contributions will include delivering high-quality therapy advice and support across three levels of intervention: universal, targeted, and specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in effective leadership and team management
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to set appropriate goals for complex cases
- Expertise in applying specialized speech and language therapy techniques for children and/or young people with autism and related conditions
- Ability to integrate the latest research findings and evaluative practices into therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in managing a diverse caseload while prioritizing and delegating tasks efficiently.
