We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Director of Critical Care and Trauma Networks. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the core SSCN team to deliver an annual work plan aligned to the SSCN Specification.
- Facilitate cross-organisational engagement and activity to develop services and care in a consistent and equitable manner.
- Create a climate of innovation and improvement, leading to the delivery of safer, higher-quality patient-centred care.
- Provide oversight and facilitate coordination of patient pathways between providers to ensure equitable access to specialist resources and expertise, improving outcomes and quality standards.

Requirements- Extensive experience of working within a higher senior leadership position within an acute provider setting.
- Proven delivery of strategic leadership at an organisational or network level.
- Extended post-registration higher-level clinical and operational management experience.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of the wider functioning of the NHS, including the commissioner and provider interface and landscape.
