Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team at Soho House & Co. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
