Accommodation Project Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Project Administrator to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our housing administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets using software like Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with the Heating Team and Electric Team to ensure gas safety checks are completed on PSLs.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for project documents, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner, and directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking deadlines and reporting to senior colleagues as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity in a housing environment is essential.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working in a local authority environment is desirable.
