Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Adecco. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely payment from customers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage customer payments, including invoicing and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Review and analyze credit limits for customers, ensuring they are aligned with the company's risk management policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve credit control queries and ensure smooth customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and reports.
- Proven experience in credit control, preferably in a finance department.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- GCSE pass in Maths and English, or equivalent.
