Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, including producing accurate client work and helping junior team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring day-to-day client files and audits are completed correctly and within the required timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality client work, including financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting-related tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Prepare client paperwork, including accounts, tax, PAYE, and VAT returns, within allocated deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
