The Role

We're seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to help us grow our influencer marketing efforts and nurture our brand presence on key social media platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Identify and partner with influencers who align with our brand values and aesthetic.
  • Manage influencer gifting and coordination to ensure seamless partnerships.
  • Analyze and track influencer KPIs and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Represent Linjer's brand and products with passion and enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer performance marketing.
  • Strong passion for influencer marketing and the influencer landscape.
  • Excellent social media skills, with a focus on YouTube and Instagram.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly German, Japanese, or Korean.
