Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance colleague performance in sales and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Provide support to other departments in the development and upkeep of Operations Manuals.
  • Review training materials to ensure they provide learning that enables improved performance within Spicerhaart.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, operating systems, key tasks, and legal requirements to develop and maintain training materials and deliver effective training.
  • Stay current with best practices in training and recommend implementation within the company where appropriate.
  • Participate in and coordinate special projects as requested, and provide cover as required.
  • Manage training projects, designing and delivering solutions to meet standards, deadlines, and costs.
  • Work towards achieving a 100% course completion rate with apprentices through support, mentorship, and assessment.
  • Uphold the company's core beliefs and standards at all times.
  • Adhere to the company dress code.

Requirements

  • Education to degree standard, with a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent business experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a sales, property, or retail sales-related role.
  • Experience with different learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience with apprenticeship programs and the ability to provide competent assessments for level 2 and 3 apprenticeships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work accurately and be well-organized.
