We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Urology department at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Manage administrative processes related to patient treatment pathways to ensure a smooth and efficient service for the multidisciplinary team and patients.
- Deliver a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain databases, and utilize Excel to track and analyze data.
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to achieve high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the Trust's UCLH top ten objectives and demonstrate the Trust's Values, behaviours, and standards.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, acquired through training and/or previous experience of working in an administrative environment.
- Awareness of the requirement to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Support Services, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing, non-routine environment with demonstrable evidence of being able to respond to queries and deal with unpredictable situations.
- Previous NHS experience or experience of working in a healthcare setting.
- Full-time position.
- Permanent contract.
- Salary: £31,944 to £34,937 a year, inclusive of HCAS.
