We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources to provide insights and solutions for business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Develop and implement leading-edge analytics systems to solve complex problems and build simple frameworks.
    • Work closely with senior leadership, international data team members, and project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs.
    • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders and investigate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting
    • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Data Acquisition and Integration
    • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
  • Business Process Improvement
    • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies.
    • Develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
    • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
    • Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of three years' experience mining data as a Data Analyst.
    • Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
    • Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Excel, PowerBI, SPSS, and SAS.
    • Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL.
