Key Responsibilities- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Managing the company's help-desk inbox
- Assisting with purchase orders and other administrative duties
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations
- Answering incoming calls and managing the office reception area
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Previous administration experience, preferably in office management or PA roles
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
