Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Managing the company's help-desk inbox
  • Assisting with purchase orders and other administrative duties
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations
  • Answering incoming calls and managing the office reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in office management or PA roles
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for the environment and a positive approach to work
