Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction of retail stores and other commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit.
  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction management, specifically in retail construction projects and fast track projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of retail stores and/or other commercial retail spaces.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team(s).
  • SMSTS certification.

We are hiring for multiple site managers in the North West and Midlands, so there will be a long run of work, particularly for someone happy to travel and occasionally work away from home.
