Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Working Site Manager with a strong joinery background for multiple fast-track fit-out projects. The role requires a hands-on manager who is comfortable leading by example, jumping on tools when needed, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on management of fit-out projects, including high-end hotels and fast-food outlets
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site operations to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
Requirements:
  • Must have experience working on fast-track retail or restaurant fit-outs
  • Previous experience in refurbishing hotels, particularly whole hotel refurbishments
  • City & Guilds - Joinery & Carpentry
