Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client, a privately owned regional contractor, in their Preston office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing works on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of site managers and supervisors to deliver construction projects across the North of England.
- Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resources to achieve maximum efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in site management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary of up to £60,000 + car allowance and package.
- A bonus scheme as a percentage of salary.
- A car allowance per annum.
- A percentage salary pension contribution.
- Twenty-five days holiday.
