About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our facilities management team at Highfield Leadership Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive building maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of the academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance services to the academy, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
