Job Title: Site Supervisor

Teaching Personnel is seeking a reliable and organized Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are well-maintained, safe, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of the school premises to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Oversee the security of the school buildings, including locking and unlocking premises as required.
  • Respond to and manage any on-site emergencies, liaising with emergency services if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of school events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
