Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Attraction Partner with a strong background in technical recruitment to enhance our Global Talent Attraction team. This role encompasses the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating their onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent for Snyk, particularly within the London and European markets.
  • Ensure a diverse talent pipeline through innovative and dedicated sourcing methods.
  • Guide candidates and stakeholders through a streamlined recruitment experience, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide stakeholders with valuable insights regarding candidates and market trends.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, fellow Talent Attraction Partners, and members of the People team to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Attraction and the broader team to understand market dynamics and develop strategies to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting top-tier technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European technology talent landscape.
  • Experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialized talent searches.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities to ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance ongoing recruitment needs with project work.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment processes.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with the Talent Attraction and broader People teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with a willingness to collaborate and learn.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates.
  • Experience scaling a pre-IPO SaaS or technology organization.
  • Understanding of the DevSecOps or CyberSecurity sectors.
  • Knowledge of recruiting for additional skill sets, such as Sales and Corporate Functions.
