About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lingerie and Swimwear Designer to join our team at Pour Moi Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and designing commercial Lingerie, Swimwear & Sports ranges that fit with the Pour Moi Brand handwriting.

You will work closely with our design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric and trims direction. Your commercial awareness and understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear will be essential in driving the success of our ranges.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and developing commercial Lingerie, Swimwear & Sports ranges that meet the Pour Moi Brand handwriting and price architecture requirements
  • Collaborating with the design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric and trims direction
  • Working with the BMD team to react to sales information and design commercially relevant, innovative ranges
  • Creating innovative designs that can be made technically up to a J cup size & 22 dress size
  • Developing thorough tech packs to go out to our factories, with clear understanding of garment construction to ensure first samples are correct
  • Working closely with the technical team on fitting and technical development, following design from concept to first fits
  • Liaising with factories on product development, ensuring everything is delivered to critical path
  • Collaborating with Beachwear and Nightwear teams to deliver cohesive collections
  • Ability to create and manipulate prints
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and creative designer with a strong commercial awareness and understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear. You will possess a commercial eye for print, pattern, and colour, and a keen attention to detail.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven commercial design experience within a fuller bust lingerie and/or cup sized swimwear retailer or supplier
  • Strong technical contour skills, demonstrating an understanding of fabric, fit, and garment make up to ensure product integrity
  • Dynamic and proactive work ethic, with the ability to prioritise own workload and take full accountability for all aspects of their role
  • Confident to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Easily adaptable and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, with strong verbal and written skills, who can clearly articulate opinions and challenge and influence key stakeholders across the business
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Willingness to travel for inspiration and development trips within the UK and internationally
