About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Lingerie and Swimwear Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for researching, developing and designing commercial Lingerie, Swimwear & Sports ranges that fit with the Pour Moi Brand handwriting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop commercial Lingerie, Swimwear & Sports ranges that meet the Pour Moi Brand standards
  • Collaborate with the design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes and seasonal fabric and trims direction
  • Work with the Buying and Merchandising team to react to sales information and design commercially relevant, innovative ranges
  • Create innovative designs that cater to a J cup size & 22 dress size
  • Develop thorough tech packs to ensure accurate garment construction and first samples
  • Work closely with the technical team on fitting and technical development, from concept to first fits
  • Liaise with factories on product development to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with the Beachwear and Nightwear teams to deliver cohesive collections
  • Develop and manipulate prints to enhance product appeal
About You

We're looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and innovative designer with a strong commercial awareness and understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear. You'll possess a commercial eye for print, pattern, and colour, and a keen attention to detail.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven commercial design experience within a fuller bust lingerie and/or cup sized swimwear retailer or supplier
  • Strong technical contour skills, demonstrating an understanding of fabric, fit, and garment make up
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear
  • Ability to create and manipulate prints
  • Dynamic and proactive work ethic, with the ability to prioritise own workload and take full accountability for all aspects of the role
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to articulate opinions and challenge stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Willingness to travel for inspiration and development trips
