About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Marketing Designer to join our team at Pour Moi Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and designing commercial lingerie, swimwear, and sports ranges that fit with our brand's unique handwriting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop commercial lingerie, swimwear, and sports ranges that meet our brand's standards and price architecture.
  • Work closely with our design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric and trims direction.
  • Collaborate with our buying and merchandising teams to design commercially relevant and innovative ranges.
  • Work with our technical team to ensure accurate fitting and technical development of designs.
  • Contribute to the development of cohesive collections with our beachwear and nightwear teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial design within a fuller bust lingerie and/or cup-sized swimwear retailer or supplier.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop).
  • Willingness to travel for inspiration and development trips within the UK and internationally.
