This is a key role that will play a vital part in the effective management of NHS Tayside's extensive property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational solutions to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize the utilization of NHS Tayside's premises to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a property asset management strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address property-related issues and opportunities.
  • Manage complex contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Property Department and executive management team on property-related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant construction degree or equivalent professional/vocational qualification. You should also have a proven track record of innovation and the ability to monitor complex contracts.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
