Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex manual calculations to support business enquiries, providing accurate and timely results.
  • Respond to intricate policy enquiries, offering expert guidance to other business areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to update and test regular system changes, including bonus updates, policy fee updates, and premium rate changes.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of life assurance and pension product types and charges to specify and test life and pensions calculations.
