Job Title – Professional Services Coordinator

Location – Cumbernauld

Hours – 40 hours per week plus 1 Saturday per month

Salary - £24,500 & benefits, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the database of Optometrists
  • Optimize the scheduling of Optometrists within the designated region
  • Ensure timely approval of holiday requests
  • Assist in managing client relationships with the Self-Employed Optometrist network to facilitate quick staffing solutions
  • Communicate regularly with the regional team to ensure effective utilization of Optometrists
  • Exhibit a commercially aware mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Effectively communicate with senior management and qualified healthcare professionals

  • Availability for Saturday cover (1 in 3) is essential.
