We are seeking a proficient Lead Project Scheduler with a strong background in project planning within the Healthcare Sector. This role is pivotal in managing significant projects that contribute to the advancement of healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all project schedules align with requirements and establish a logical sequence of activities to adopt the most efficient construction strategy.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights to the project team, recommending enhancements as necessary.
  • Contribute to the assessment of risks, opportunities, and commercial aspects of project bids.
  • Present time-related information using various techniques, ensuring effective communication and high-quality submissions.
  • Engage in Pre-Contract planning and Work Winning processes to develop Bid Programmes and related time-sensitive information.
  • Independently create processes and systems to manage contracts for complex projects.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of programme data and collaborate with client teams to foster strong relationships.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of contract types to align control measures with risk management and optimize commercial opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • CIOB Membership is preferred.
  • Proficiency in modelling and 4D planning, with expertise in Asta or P6.
  • Experience in frameworks and structures, including basement programs, concrete, and piling.
  • While major project experience is advantageous, we also welcome candidates with experience in planning and control functions on smaller-scale projects.
  • Ability to analyze and utilize diverse data for reporting and forecasting purposes.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring accuracy in execution.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify trends and issues in production data.
