About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Planning Specialist to join our Programme Delivery Team at KBR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing programmes in Primavera on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review programme elements of scope documents as part of procurement and ensure compliance with NEC4 requirements.
- Interface with the supply chain to review programmes and update progress in the Level 2 from supply chain and client project teams.
- Manage programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications.
Requirements
- Substantial experience of planning services in medium to large-sized projects within the construction industry and regulated industries.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good understanding of Primavera (P6) and its applications in programme management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with time spent in the office and remote work.
Security Clearance
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
